Sports Council is an exciting opportunity for Year 5 children who have a keen interest in PE and Sport.
2 Sports Councillors are nominated by their school to represent them at our Sports Council Meetings. West Lancashire Sport Partnership hold 5 meetings with the Sports Councillors throughout the school year to discuss how to improve and engage their school in PE and Sport. Sports Councillors are also provided with a small amount of funding to act upon these improvements.
Dates of meetings:
Friday 27th March - Visiti to Wigan Warriors training facility. The pupils will take part in some Q and A with some of the players. They will take a tour of the facilites and stadium during their visit.
