Olympic Country - Spain

Spain, a country on Europe’s Iberian Peninsula, includes 17 regions with diverse geography and cultures. The capital city Madrid is home to the Royal Palace and the Museo Nacional del Prado which has painting from famous European artists such as Raphael and Rembrandt. Segovia has a medieval castle and an intact Roman aqueduct. Catalonia’s capital, Barcelona is on the coast but doesn’t actually have any natural beaches, they’re all artificial and were made in 1992 when they hosted Olympic games.

Olympic Gymnast Project

I have a passion for gymnastics and have competed in competitions where I have won gold medals. Last year I was supposed to be going to America to compete in the World Gymnastics Championship in America but it was cancelled because of Corona virus. Hopefully I will be going next year. I would love to compete in the Olympics one day.

I lived in Spain when I was little so I thought it would be fun to design a new leotard for the Spanish team using their flag as inspiration.

Below is a picture of my design for the Spanish gymnast team. I have used the red and yellow from the flag and added some sparkle to it too!
